Glazed Double-Cut Pork Chops Recipe

Whipped Potatoes Recipe

Collard Greens:

  1. Rinse collards thoroughly before using.
  2. Remove any thick stems and tear or chop leaves into strips.
  3. Cook diced bacon or diced ham in a skillet until the fat renders.
  4. Place bacon/ham, with its drippings, into the bottom of the crock pot.
  5. In the same skillet, saute some diced onion in butter and add to crock pot.
  6. Add greens, salt, pepper, garlic powder, Tabasco and chicken broth into crock pot.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or on high.
