Ravioli | Puttanesca, Spinach & Ricotta

Discovering that you can make ravioli with just about anything!

This creation was made from leftover puttanesca sauce, spinach that was sautéed in olive oil and chopped and some ricotta cheese. You could add a sauce to this, but this was drizzled with olive oil and sprinkled with salt and pepper. Some chopped basil on top tastes really great too!

This would also make a fantastic layer in a lasagna, with or without meat.
