This cheesy grits casserole was so versatile that I ate it all week long.
First, with andouille sausage sliders. These were composed of grilled andouille, colby jack cheese, spicy fry sauce on Hawaiian King rolls.
Spicy Fry Sauce:
- 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons Ketchup
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
Second, with a fried egg on top.
Third, with sliced andouille sausage and hot sauce.
