Healthier Eating

A week of Greek salads and protein bowls are my attempt to eat healthier without sacrificing the flavors that I love.

With the Greek salad ingredients, I made salads, wraps and eggs Benedict.

With the protein bowls, you can dress them up with fresh ingredients as they are or use them for a burrito bowl starter or even a soup.

These pitted kalamata olives are at Costco for $8

I pre-bagged some servings for easy lunches or dinners
