Protein Burrito Bowls

Meal prep Sunday is a lot easier when the slow cooker is involved. This recipe ended up being used in a variety of ways, all extremely pleasing!

This is the chicken broth and can of diced tomatoes with the chicken after being shredded
Black Beans, Corn, Kale, Carrots, Onion, Green Pepper, Quinoa
Low Fat Version – Topped with Chopped Cilantro
Topped With Cheese, Sour Cream, Avocado & Cilantro
Served Over Nachos…

Served over fries…
