These flatbread pizzas are so simple and we like them a lot more than frozen or delivery options.
We buy these Stonefire Naan flatbreads. They have a couple of different flavor options. The garlic flavored one is good for a lot of the flatbreads that I make.
I top them with a sauce, shredded cheese, and any toppings that I want before sticking them in a warm 350 degree oven until the cheese is melted.
This breakfast version has red sauce, feta cheese, tomatoes, red onion, avocado, and an egg.
