Fried Bologna

A fried bologna sandwich reminds me of my childhood. I used to make one after school most days, cutting 4 slits in the bologna, putting a slice of cheese on top, and sticking it in the microwave before putting it between 2 slices of extra soft, white bread. So good!

This is my grown up version. Fried extra crispy in a skillet and on a hoagie roll.
